For those of you who have supported us and bought the Dare to

go Bare 2010 calendar for N$ 300.00 - THANK YOU SO MUCH. 

We hoped to sell all the calendars by the end of December

for N$300.00 but there are a quite a few still left and because  

2010 is almost half way, we have to drop the price and we are now

offering each calendar for N$ 100.00 (Vat incl.).

Some years ago the SPCA kept the animals in kennels only for a few months

(sometimes 2 months or less) and then they had to put animals down because of

lack of space and of course because of lack of funds.  For the past 5 years or so,

the SPCA kept their animals for as long as 8 months while trying to find good

homes for them.  They are fully vaccinated, neutered/spayed and dewormed

during this time.  The SPCA is really trying hard not to be an organization

where animals are just put down BUT all this costs money.  The SPCA is

totally dependent on the kind-hearted generosity of the public.
